Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will grant you absolute authority over your mailbox accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can redirect mail messages from one mail account to another, create mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and shield your email box accounts against junk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted emails will find their way into your email box. Your mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming mails on the basis of specific criteria defined by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, or even to a number of other mailbox accounts. Simply choose the e-mailbox you want to redirect email messages from, then select the target mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you want to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
